Selects a number that is added to every Trunking System Unit ID that currently appears within
the Clone Radio Window, thereby
creating a new Trunking System
Unit ID for every Trunking System Name
listed. This increment amount is added each time the "OK" button
is clicked. 
This is most useful when cloning several radios in the same programming session.
